Hmm, good question. We can have the settings such that only people we invite can see the content, but are you talking about privacy issues with members having their email addresses visible to the rest of the group? Not sure there's a way to get around that outside of Meetup. Hmm.
I think it might be ok...certainly worth exploring with the board. Its nice to have this type of option so as a group we have a central location for information, polls etc
We could ask people to tell us if they are coming in this space or by creating an attendance poll.
